Run your NGO's grant projects from first budget to final report.
Made for NGOs that run on project grants.
Youth organisations, associations and networks that coordinate or partner in EU mobility projects, and need every euro to trace back to a budget line when the final report is due.
- KA152Erasmus+ youth exchangesBudget drafted from distance bands, country rates and participant numbers.
- KA153Erasmus+ youth worker mobilityMobility projects for youth workers, calculated the same way.
- OFAJOFAJ / DFJW exchangesBi- and trinational budgets calculated from participant counts.
- ESCEuropean Solidarity CorpsVolunteering projects with budget lines you set up yourself.
- CustomAny other grantYour own budget lines, with the same expense, approval and reporting workflow.
Stop rebuilding the same numbers in five places.
A single grant project usually lives in a budget spreadsheet, an email thread of receipts, a participant list, a bank export and a report draft. Each copy drifts from the others. OpsNGO keeps them as one set of connected records.

Three steps from sign‑up to your first budget.
OpsNGO runs in the browser, so there is nothing to install. Start with the grant you are running now and add the next one when it is approved.
1
Create your organisation
Sign up with Google, then create your organisation's workspace with its name, country and currency. Colleagues ask to join; an admin approves each request and chooses their role.
2
Set up each project
Pick the programme, then add activities and participants. OpsNGO drafts the budget lines for Erasmus+ and OFAJ projects; for ESC and other grants you enter them.
3
Run it to the final report
Log expenses with receipts as they happen, move them through sign-off, and keep an eye on what's left. When reporting is due, export the figures instead of rebuilding them.
Set up your organisation's workspace.
Sign up with Google, create your organisation, and build the budget for the project you are running now. Colleagues can ask to join as soon as it exists.
